I. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern the rules for access, use and shopping through the website www.evasbff.com („Website“), owned by Eva Art 21 Ltd., with registered office and address of management: Republic of Bulgaria, gr. Smolyan Str. 15B, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC: 204275632. The manager of the company is Elvira Dyulgerova.

By accessing the Website, viewing the content and placing orders, you acknowledge that you are aware of these Terms and Conditions, accept them and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to them - please do not use the Website.

All text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos and other information on the Website are the intellectual property of Eva Art 21 Ltd. and are protected by applicable law. Their use without the express written consent of the Company is prohibited.

Access to the Website and making purchases are exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. Eva Art 21 Ltd shall not be liable for any unauthorised use of information or content in violation of applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended unilaterally by the Company and the amendments shall take effect from the time of their publication on the Website.

II. ORDERING PRODUCTS

Branded products Eva's BFF, offered through the Website are sold directly by Eva Art 21 Ltd. Orders can be placed through:

Ordering process:

  1. Select the desired product and add it to the cart.
  2. Fill in the necessary delivery details and confirm the order.
  3. After submitting it, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to execute an order if:

  • lack of availability;
  • incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • suspicion of wrongdoing.

Upon confirmation of the order, the customer is obliged to pay.

III. PRICES AND PROMO CODES

All prices are in Bulgarian leva including VAT, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Each price is also offered in its euro equivalent, given the forthcoming entry of the Republic of Bulgaria into the euro area.

Promo codes are personalised and are not redeemable for cash equivalent. They are applied according to the specific terms of each promotion.

IV. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

  • Payment on delivery (payment on delivery);
  • Bank card (debit or credit) via a secure virtual POS terminal;

Eva's BFF does not store your bank card details. All payments are processed through certified payment systems with a high level of security.

V. DELIVERY

Price:

  • Delivery to an office or address via AIDS is calculated automatically when the order is completed.
  • For orders over 100 lv., delivery to a SPIDI office in Bulgaria is Free.

Term:

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 will be processed the same day.
  • Delivery is normally made within 1-3 working days.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next working day.

Eva's BFF is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

VI. CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return a product without giving a reason, within 14 days of its receipt.

Necessary:

  • Notify the Company in writing of muse@evasbff.com;
  • Product to be unused, unopened and in its original packaging without being used by the recipient;
  • Return to be made by AIDS at your expense within 7 days of the request.

Refund:

  • By the manner in which payment is made;
  • Within 30 days;
  • Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

In the event that the product does not qualify for return, the Company reserves the right to keep it or return it to you at your expense.

Allergic reactions or individual intolerance are not considered grounds for return.

VII. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

Eva Art 21 EOOD processes your personal data in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act и Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We only collect data necessary for the processing and delivery of orders. We do not provide personal data to third parties unless required by law or for delivery purposes.
