Order cancellation (within 14 days)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with <strong>Consumer Protection Act (Art. 50-56 of the Consumer Protection Act)<\/strong>, you have the right to cancel your online purchase <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the product, <strong>without giving a reason<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The goods must be <strong>unused, unopened, in original packaging<\/strong>, without compromised commercial integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must <strong>before the return<\/strong> notify the trader <strong>in writing to email<\/strong>: <a>muse@evasbff.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must <strong>within 7 days<\/strong> after written notification to send back the goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costs:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All return costs (courier fees) are borne by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be made for initial delivery if charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recovery:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subject to conditions, the refund is made <strong>up to 14 days<\/strong> the method of payment (card, bank transfer or postal order).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipments sent <strong>cash on delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Claims (in case of damaged\/defective product or wrong delivery)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you get a product that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>defective,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with a damaged or missing part,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>does not fit the description,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>is different from the ordered item,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>you are entitled to <strong>claim within 14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make a complaint:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send email to <a>muse@evasbff.com<\/a>, by specifying:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three names<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the problem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pictures of the product and\/or packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After review by the trader, you will receive a reply within <strong>up to 14 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Possible solutions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free replacement with a new product;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial or full refund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing a voucher or discount for a future purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Not returnable or refundable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products with defective packaging which by their nature cannot be returned due to <strong>hygiene reasons<\/strong> (e.g. make-up brushes with a broken seal);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been <strong>clearly used<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products with <strong>open individual use<\/strong>, where indicated on the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV.
